cantik? hmm

have you watched this video?

touched.
hmm

terasa panahan di dada.
zappp!

this video is definitely a-must-watch-vids

Big Valuable lessons i've learned

*dont try to find the self-beauty in the eyes of  other people. Beauty and perfection of physical appearance is NOT IMPORTANT in the sight of Allah. He counts every good deeds we do in life not how many people has complimented how beautiful you are

*internal beauty is what makes you  beautiful even thou you are unfortunate with the looks and body, like Julaybib r.a

*NEVER MAKE YOUR FRIENDS FEEL DOWN ABOUT THEIR PHYSICAL APPEARANCE. If you do, you are not blaming him for that, but the LORD, ALLAH, THE CREATOR. He created us beautifully and we have no right to judge His creation.

*Rasulullah saw is the BEST COMPANION, see how affectionate and caring he was with his sahabat, especially those with low self-esteem. He would never let them feel down about themselves and always try to lift them up, recognizing the good deeds they've made and made them felt acknowledgeable in the sight of Prophet Muhammad saw. but FOOLS LIKE US, towards unfortunate looking people, we LOL-ing (laugh out loud) and make jokes at them in the group, forgetting the fact that Allah is the Creator. So basically, we're not  messing around with these people, but with Allah, the One who created them

--- Personally, i am deeply sorry, to all if i ever make anyone of you felt this way before--

WHAT WE FIND NOT BEAUTIFUL MAY BE FAR BEAUTIFUL IN THE SIGHT OF ALLAH

So, what is true beauty?

is it the dead straight or gordilocks curly hair?
chalky eyes?
scrutinized eyeliner?
flawless and fair looking?
glittering, layered and colourful eye shadow?
designer and expensive wear?
vogue and in style shoes, bags and accessories?
hot and curvy bodies like Victoria Secret models?

huahua i'm so not good in describing cosmetic and fashion world,
pardon my limited vocabs :P

yeah i know, being a girl teenager, how hard it was to survive. And if you type 'TEENAGE GIRL'S SURVIVAL GUIDE in the google search, they've higlighted on make over, beauty reviews, how to get in style with fashion, as to inspire and boost up these teenage girls confidence level. We are bombarded with the fact that beauty of outer looks is more important than nurturing good inner values.

sigh
so, its somehow true like some sayings, beauty is pain, excruciating and expensive.
hm
i was up to that point too, struggling hard walking through my teenage life, so i felt how painful it was,
been there, done that!

but, as i grew up, being in KMB, and here in Czech Republic, i learned how to become a Muslimah, through my friends, usrah, youtube videos shared on facebook and so on. Alhamdulillah, i finally came to realize, being a Muslimah, i feel so lucky that Allah instruct us to wear Hijab, cover our body and being modest in everything we wear, we do throughout our daily life. He knows whats best for us.

Our bodies are a trust from Allah, no one gets to degrade a Muslimah's face or body, it is wrapped carefully, it is sacred, beautifully covered behind the veil. This Hijab is to protect us. For example, living here in Czech Republic, people stare at me, since i'm wearing Hijab on my head and fully covered my body. I am very used with the staring, but they don't stare with LUST and i feel safe! THIS HIJAB IS MY SHIELD. So, how can we ever thank Him enough for this?

Being a woman, i know, how we always wanted to feel beautiful at ALL TIMES! We are beautiful, internally and externally. PEREMPUAN TAK PERNAH TAK CANTIK okes, i've always had crushes with beautiful girls i've seen, even among my friends (hahha mohon kawan2 jangan perasan :P) We are truly blessed to have been created as a woman. And its a human nature, wanting to look gorgeous. But we have guidelines, and most important of all, beautifying our inner beauty rather the physical looks.

learn to behave well, learn to improve your inner soul
never quit in learning

definitely i'm not a righteous person,
i'm just saying as a self-reminder

I hope, may we'll be saved from betraying the trust He gave us of this bodies
and
may Allah unblind us from being tricked by outward appearance.

For all those friends and beautiful women who remind me of The MOST BEAUTIFUL,
may Allah grant continuum blessing of His throughout your life.

na schledanou!
FIGHTING!

★A day with 30hours
★Memories delete button

★have a time-travel machine, go back to the past and do the right thing
★a clorox that cleans the dark dirts in the heart

Its not that I'm not thankful with what I have.

Dark Blind

pergh. deep.

came across this ayat today.
*choke*

Al-hajj, 22:46

So have they not traveled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to fear? For indeed, IT IS NOT EYES THAT ARE BLINDED, but BLINDED ARE THE HEARTS WHICH ARE WITHIN THE BREASTS

deep. sgt deep

sindrom buta hati
truly said, there is deafness more insidious than the ears.
Blindness and deafness of the heart and mind
born of thoughtlessness, the rote of following others.
sigh

being hypnotized by duniawi.
haha. am i included?
T_T

living here in Czech Republic for 4 years and a half, i see this kind of heedlessness in the people around me. Seeing them walking about, driving their cars, eating, drinking, glamorous lifestyle, partying, engaging in all sorts of activities. They are like intellectual sleepwalkers ::: like being under hypnosis. Blunted perception. Too many signs around them, but they hardly sees.

this hypnosis is contagious, spreading widely throughout people around you, influencing a person day and night. Being in a comfort zone and favors whatever opinion is currently fashionable. This blindness makes us perfectly free ; doing whatever we want, and think whatever that pleases us.

its not just them. I was blind too. Blind dark.
Engaged with the same routine everyday, over and over again; wake up in the morning, going to school, eat, drink, studying, internet surfing ,forgetting the main purpose of my creation.
Hypnotized by duniawi.

kalau kita tahu apa sebab kita diciptakan, mesti kita buka mata kita besar-besar kan?

i don't want to be blind.
Allahu, celikkan mataku. celikkan pendengaranku, celikkan mata hatiku

for my future children

TAK SABAR NAK ADA BABY! lols

okes, abaikan benda atas yg mengarut tu. This poster posted in FB  i found this morning caught my attention . Haha i was quite interested with the content  of it. Overall i would say, raising a child is never an easy thing. The good education means the physical, mental and moral preparation of the child so he can become a good individual in the good society.

Allah (swt) has entrusted parents with their children. Parents bear the responsibility to raise their children in the Islamic way. If they do that they will be blessed in this life and in the Hereafter, and if they don't, they will get bad result during their life and in the Hereafter *gulpppppp*

Rasulullah saw resemble the best example of a loving father, a good leader of a family, an obedient child and so much more. As a future mother, I am glad that i'm in medical school, so i am fully expose upon this matter. During Histology class, i learned about the embryology and early development of human being in the mother's womb. However, Allah speaks about it in Holy Quran, about the stages of man's embryonic development.  Next year, i'm going to have Pediatrics in 5th year, so, i'll be learning in depth about children *ngee*

Honestly, when it comes to theory, i might have some knowledge about children's development and psychology, but practically on the other hand, i'm so ZERO!!! haha. I have a little brother,  who was born when I was 11. So, I used to be beside ibu, helping her out, taking care of my little brother eg cleaning up his diapers, feed him, bathing him. *baik kan kakak kau ni Nudin* So,boleh la nak kata yang i have a  very basic skills of baby care.

In a nutshell, from what i can extract from above, the upbringing of a children begins in the early childhood, and continue throughout the teenage years.
A mum's job is a 24/7 job okes!!!! Bare that in mind timahh..

So, secara konklusinya....

Physically...

-feed the children with halal and healthy food,
-encourage the practice of sports eg swimming, archery, horse-riding, wrestling <-- basically these are the sports according to sunnah Rasulullah saw

mentally and morally..

-approach our children with love and tenderness, as the quotes saying, 'mother's touch soothe the soul' , make more physical contact, especially during the newborn period. The health of a newborn baby is HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON RECEIVING THE TOUCH OF THEIR MOTHER. patutlah baby kurang menangis bila ada orang sekeliling especially bila ada ibunya, they cry less and helps them sleep better

-teach the religious principle at early age. From the age of 5, teach the children on how to pray, encourage them to fast, but at the same time , explain why do they have to do it. Explain and make them understand that Solat prayer and fasting in Ramadhan month are a way of showing our love to Allah. Let them know more about Allah through story-telling about sahabat, angels, Prophet's stories and so on.

-be a good listener. Act as a 'friend' to our children rather than continue in the role of a teacher, as suggested by Prophet Muhammad saw

-teach them how to read at early phase; baby starts to speak generally at the age of 2, so da boleh ajar-ajar alif, ba, ta daa. Let them imitate your speech and repeat over and over again. At the age of 5, teach them to read Muqaddam and Quran. Children is the fastest learner of all in the whole wide world. So, encourage them to memorize simple surah and continue to surah2 juzu' amma during this age is the best timing. So true thou, i've been trying to memorize simple surah in Juzu' amma, and it took ages! *banyak dosa dengdengdengg*

-expose children to many kinds of interest, which enable their mental growth ; for example touring and travelling, language, music . Specifically as for boys, gardening, mechanic things, computer ; and as for girls, cooking, home-cleaning.

-let them take in charge of some task, to develop sense of responsibilities. At the same time, never let them doing it alone, supervise and guide them from time to time.

-teach children to select the good company and avoid the bad ones, because children are alwayssssss influenced by their friend.

-and one last thing, encourage and expose the children to sympathize with Muslim problems. Tell them about what happen in Palestine for example, and what can we do to contribute to the solutions eg making du'a and encourage them to donate some money to hungry Muslim children. Let them feel the sense of belonging to the Muslim nation. They will feel the brotherhood between Muslims, care more for Muslims in any land, and feel that they are part of the Muslim body, to feel sad for Muslim's sadness, to feel happy when Muslim are joyous and to strive their best to achieve the Muslim nation's goals.

banyak lagi, i know. takda idea.

now i can imagine how ibu and ayah raised me up since i was a little baby. I'm so glad to have the best parents in the whole wide universe. So, dari sekarang lagi i need to learn more and more, continuously making du'a, change my bad attitude and behavior. Nak jadi ibu yang baik, setting up a good practical example, because children like to imitate their parents in their sayings and deeds.

Antara doa-doa parenting yg boleh kita amalkan:

Doa nabi zakaria 3:38

At that, Zechariah called upon his Lord, saying, ' My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication

Doa dapat zuriat penyejuk mata memandang 25:74

And those who say, 'Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous

and so much more, nanti timah buka doa dapat anak soleh niiii timahh huahuahua

p/s : words to ponder for the day
How could Muhammad saw have possibly known all this 1400 years ago when scientist have only recently discovered this using advanced equipment and powerful microscopes which did not exist at the time? #deep

ok, i have to rush to fac now. PHARMACO mode is ON!!
cau!

SITI SHAFARWATI happy za bezdayy

Allah selamatkan kamu, Allah selamatkan kamu,
Allah selamatkan Siti Shafarwati, Allah selamatkan kamu

May Allah shower His countless blessings upon you!

Things i'll remember most out of her

-she's like a police woman, whenever she is around you, you can feel her own aura and she'll definitely fight for whats right even though people disagree with her. #admire
-she is a tough young girl. She is good in Silat martial arts. I always tried to attack her at random times, but she managed to defend herself. hahaha
-She is a calm person. Seriously saying, kalau berada dengan siti bila time gelabah-gelabah, sure boleh turun balik heart pressure. She knows exactly the words to calm people around her
-sensitive -even though she looks cold outside, but she is very sensitive girl. awwwh
-Fearless. Standing up for yourself isn't always easy especially if the world is against you. but she's a law-abiding, haha
-a person who stand up for her life principles

EXPLORACE 2013

Last saturday, we had Explorace event. CALORIES DEFICIT CALORIES DEFICIT! hoboi, it was totally amusing!!Best giler!! Last year, i was helping out for one of the checkpoint with adi and ros, but this year, its my time to shine! wohooooo! overexcited yeahh i know!

anyway, this is my groupmates, GROUP 2, ULTRAMAN, with the proud slogan,
GOMO ULTRAMAN GOMO! #LOL

dari kiri (gadis2) : me, kak linah, arina, k temah (belakang), siti (depan), kak muni (belakang)
jejaka2 : paan, amil ,kathi (vj)

haha tengok tu gambar, da ada gaya menang da kitorang kan,
 muahahaha *berlagak, blh tampar sekarang*

There were 10 checkpoints all together, and each checkpoint will be given 2clues : clues to the next checkpoint and if the task in the checkpoint is completed, we will get the clues to get to the final checkpoint.

so here goes the checkpoints (group 2 routes)
1. vystaviste flora (green hut)
2. astronomical clock (picture of the paintings on the walls)
3. botanicka zahrada (german language)
4. library (300 degree from the tram stop)
5. omega (ohm ohm ohm)
6. nadrazi mesto (children fly up to the sky, flower building)
7. ukovarni (trampoline, futsal)
8. letiste belakang neredin (the proud bird of the golden tail)
9. Globus
10. fakultni nemocnice (math countings)

These are the tasks at the checkpoints that i can recall
1. vystaviste flora (arnold, tiqa, nisa) 2 tasks :
*MULTIPLICATION game* the questions is repeated 3 times by Arnold , and we have to provide the answers as soon as he finished questioning the 3rd times.
~berkarat otak dah lama tak main sifir. i got multiple 9 ones, fuhhh, jerit teross bila dia ulang yg kali ke 3!!
*MAKAN NASI GARAM without making any facial expression. AT ALL!
~ the rice actually comes with different flavours for each group; garam/gula/masam etc
our group dapat nasi garam. kesian kak muni sampai nk termuntah-muntah dia

2.Astronomical clock (qiela, ely, fateen)
*pop quiz, general questions about centrum in Olomouc. We were required to answer 10 questions, the clue was ,anything about centrum.
-I am old, and I had a farm. Who am I?  MCDONALD
-The air is for the rich and the sea is not for the impatient. But either one is up to you. Mind you, i am just       going to where you want me to go.So dont blame the delivery guy if you got the address wrong C.POSTA
-I used to be a Roman General before. But now I like to cook and open a new restaurant in Olomouc?
can you guess what is the name of my restaurant? CAESAR
-in nominative form, my name basically means white. but it is funny, really, that i'm actually yellow and red
  BILLA
-how much is the cost of ___ * i cant recall the name of the food* in cinska restaurant
-how many floors does Terranova have? 3
  -Bricks in singular? BATA
-I used to hear people screaming, singing and even scolding me. I always confuse and asked why must it
happened to me? could you tell me what am I? OPERA/MORAVSKE DIVADLO
-I am a rooster. Usually, in Malaysia, they let me be on the ground and I can play all day long. But here in
Olomouc there put me high up to the sky. I am working and I love it. Do you know where i work?
  ASTRONOMICAL CLOCK
-what is the telephone no of CASTELLO restaurant?
-The meaning of my name is castle in Latin. But in Malaysia many people will talk about Rosyam Nor if
hear my name. In Olomouc they love to eat my cooking. Can you guess what is my name? CASTELLO

~for this checkpoint, we managed to finish in about 5mins, kak Linah lari semangat nak mencari no telefon Castello tu. bgus giler kak LINAH!! leader terbaikkkk

3.Botanicke Zahrada, (sara, jac, mag)
*DSLR for DUMMIES. we have to choose a card which written a name of the group member. There were only 2 cards and we have to pick one. The card that we picked was written Kak Timah's name. hahha kesian kak timah. Kak Timah said she doesnt know how to set DSLR camera. thats exactly the purpose for the game. They picked 'DSLR dummies' for the game. hahhaha. Kak Timah will have to set the timer on her own. If they found the group members are helping ,there will be some punishment. haha , sara, jac and mag warned us again and again 'Ingat, every action comes with consequences' = =  but finally, kak timah did a great job. We have to choose the background and set ourselves the arrangement and stuff. but all in all, the task i can say quite an easy one :P

4.LIBRARY (izat, yana, ikram)
MATHEMATIC, zzz , they gave us numericals and symbols, calculate and find our own formula to get the answer 1. yeyy alhamdulillah, i got it! (5x3x2\6) -4 , then ,square root equals to 1! tengok group before, dorang kena denda conteng dekat muka, hehehe

5.OMEGA (haziq, vera,zuen)
SKIPPING, TWISTER, BLOWING THE FLOUR GAME/TONGUE TWISTER. haha this station sangat kelakaaaaaa, pecah perut gelak tengok aksi dorang! each group need to send 8 contestant. 4 girls and 4 boys. Pick a card which written a number. That number will determine how many rounds for the twist part. The task for girls is ,skipping and twist and read a text of tongue twister . For boys, they have to do the skipping + twister + blowing the flour.
~ since our group consist of only 3boys, i was asked to join the boys group. pergh, sekali aku tak tahan nak pergi tandas. so i run to Omega menyambut seruan alam. ingat balik sempat buat, unfortunately amil replaced me. Kesian dia, da macam epilepticus seizure daaa lps kena twist berapa kali ntah. tapi this station was the funniest ones!

6. NADRAZI MESTO (fana, aidil, aeisyah yazeedah)
TELEPATHY. 4 persons will play, 2 in each round. both will put on a headphone throughout the game. There are 2 sides with 10 pieces of cards,  written on a random question , and the other side, 10 pieces of cards written a random answer. Player A will read a question  and Player B  will choose an answer that might suits to the question given by Player A . Basically both of the players wont be able to listen to one another because loud head-banging songs will be played during the game.
~this game was hilarious. I played with arina. I did the questioning part and she answered me. We basically have good telepathy and chemistry coz most of the questions that i've given, she could managed to answer it correctly. Amil and paan played the 2nd round. so funny. i remember this one question Paan asked amil, who teaches anatomy? Amil answered : Tok Mudim =='hahaha apakah tok mudim ajar anat haha

7. UKOVARNI (fikri, aizuddin, azreen)
