'Sungguh, aku termasuk org-org Muslim (yg berserah diri)?'

Riddle weather of czech republic

subhanallah, subhanallah, subhanallah,
today its already in the beginning of April, the 3rd,
Every year at this time around, the temperatures usually start to warm up, and flowers are in bloom.
And as for myself, i was dreaming of warmer, softer breezes and the first signs of spring since yesterday, it was pretty sunny here. It really was a nice weather cycling back home. hehe

And today, the wind, it was howling,
the snow was outrageous
and blows diagonally!

*speechless*

subhanallah

pic taken last friday : unexpected weather on that day as well

After several months of frigid weather, most of us, especially 1st year students become anxious for the signs of spring. hehe, felt the same thing before, but this year tricky-monkey weather is definitely a fresh reminder by Him to us.

He mentioned in Quran,
'Kun fayakun!
Be, and it is be!

When He wills something to exist, it exist,
snapp, just like that

so, if theres a question mark in our head, asking , why does the weather plays tricks on us this year?
the reason is just easy peasy
Kun fayakun!

cantik? hmm

have you watched this video?

touched.
hmm

terasa panahan di dada.
zappp!

this video is definitely a-must-watch-vids

Big Valuable lessons i've learned

*dont try to find the self-beauty in the eyes of  other people. Beauty and perfection of physical appearance is NOT IMPORTANT in the sight of Allah. He counts every good deeds we do in life not how many people has complimented how beautiful you are

*internal beauty is what makes you  beautiful even thou you are unfortunate with the looks and body, like Julaybib r.a

*NEVER MAKE YOUR FRIENDS FEEL DOWN ABOUT THEIR PHYSICAL APPEARANCE. If you do, you are not blaming him for that, but the LORD, ALLAH, THE CREATOR. He created us beautifully and we have no right to judge His creation.

*Rasulullah saw is the BEST COMPANION, see how affectionate and caring he was with his sahabat, especially those with low self-esteem. He would never let them feel down about themselves and always try to lift them up, recognizing the good deeds they've made and made them felt acknowledgeable in the sight of Prophet Muhammad saw. but FOOLS LIKE US, towards unfortunate looking people, we LOL-ing (laugh out loud) and make jokes at them in the group, forgetting the fact that Allah is the Creator. So basically, we're not  messing around with these people, but with Allah, the One who created them

--- Personally, i am deeply sorry, to all if i ever make anyone of you felt this way before--

WHAT WE FIND NOT BEAUTIFUL MAY BE FAR BEAUTIFUL IN THE SIGHT OF ALLAH

So, what is true beauty?

is it the dead straight or gordilocks curly hair?
chalky eyes?
scrutinized eyeliner?
flawless and fair looking?
glittering, layered and colourful eye shadow?
designer and expensive wear?
vogue and in style shoes, bags and accessories?
hot and curvy bodies like Victoria Secret models?

huahua i'm so not good in describing cosmetic and fashion world,
pardon my limited vocabs :P

yeah i know, being a girl teenager, how hard it was to survive. And if you type 'TEENAGE GIRL'S SURVIVAL GUIDE in the google search, they've higlighted on make over, beauty reviews, how to get in style with fashion, as to inspire and boost up these teenage girls confidence level. We are bombarded with the fact that beauty of outer looks is more important than nurturing good inner values.

sigh
so, its somehow true like some sayings, beauty is pain, excruciating and expensive.
hm
i was up to that point too, struggling hard walking through my teenage life, so i felt how painful it was,
been there, done that!

but, as i grew up, being in KMB, and here in Czech Republic, i learned how to become a Muslimah, through my friends, usrah, youtube videos shared on facebook and so on. Alhamdulillah, i finally came to realize, being a Muslimah, i feel so lucky that Allah instruct us to wear Hijab, cover our body and being modest in everything we wear, we do throughout our daily life. He knows whats best for us.

Our bodies are a trust from Allah, no one gets to degrade a Muslimah's face or body, it is wrapped carefully, it is sacred, beautifully covered behind the veil. This Hijab is to protect us. For example, living here in Czech Republic, people stare at me, since i'm wearing Hijab on my head and fully covered my body. I am very used with the staring, but they don't stare with LUST and i feel safe! THIS HIJAB IS MY SHIELD. So, how can we ever thank Him enough for this?

Being a woman, i know, how we always wanted to feel beautiful at ALL TIMES! We are beautiful, internally and externally. PEREMPUAN TAK PERNAH TAK CANTIK okes, i've always had crushes with beautiful girls i've seen, even among my friends (hahha mohon kawan2 jangan perasan :P) We are truly blessed to have been created as a woman. And its a human nature, wanting to look gorgeous. But we have guidelines, and most important of all, beautifying our inner beauty rather the physical looks.

learn to behave well, learn to improve your inner soul
never quit in learning

definitely i'm not a righteous person,
i'm just saying as a self-reminder

I hope, may we'll be saved from betraying the trust He gave us of this bodies
and
may Allah unblind us from being tricked by outward appearance.

For all those friends and beautiful women who remind me of The MOST BEAUTIFUL,
may Allah grant continuum blessing of His throughout your life.

na schledanou!
FIGHTING!

Dark Blind

pergh. deep.

came across this ayat today.
*choke*

Al-hajj, 22:46

So have they not traveled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to fear? For indeed, IT IS NOT EYES THAT ARE BLINDED, but BLINDED ARE THE HEARTS WHICH ARE WITHIN THE BREASTS

deep. sgt deep

sindrom buta hati
truly said, there is deafness more insidious than the ears.
Blindness and deafness of the heart and mind
born of thoughtlessness, the rote of following others.
sigh

being hypnotized by duniawi.
haha. am i included?
T_T

living here in Czech Republic for 4 years and a half, i see this kind of heedlessness in the people around me. Seeing them walking about, driving their cars, eating, drinking, glamorous lifestyle, partying, engaging in all sorts of activities. They are like intellectual sleepwalkers ::: like being under hypnosis. Blunted perception. Too many signs around them, but they hardly sees.

this hypnosis is contagious, spreading widely throughout people around you, influencing a person day and night. Being in a comfort zone and favors whatever opinion is currently fashionable. This blindness makes us perfectly free ; doing whatever we want, and think whatever that pleases us.

its not just them. I was blind too. Blind dark.
Engaged with the same routine everyday, over and over again; wake up in the morning, going to school, eat, drink, studying, internet surfing ,forgetting the main purpose of my creation.
Hypnotized by duniawi.

kalau kita tahu apa sebab kita diciptakan, mesti kita buka mata kita besar-besar kan?

i don't want to be blind.
Allahu, celikkan mataku. celikkan pendengaranku, celikkan mata hatiku

for my future children

TAK SABAR NAK ADA BABY! lols

okes, abaikan benda atas yg mengarut tu. This poster posted in FB  i found this morning caught my attention . Haha i was quite interested with the content  of it. Overall i would say, raising a child is never an easy thing. The good education means the physical, mental and moral preparation of the child so he can become a good individual in the good society.

Allah (swt) has entrusted parents with their children. Parents bear the responsibility to raise their children in the Islamic way. If they do that they will be blessed in this life and in the Hereafter, and if they don't, they will get bad result during their life and in the Hereafter *gulpppppp*

Rasulullah saw resemble the best example of a loving father, a good leader of a family, an obedient child and so much more. As a future mother, I am glad that i'm in medical school, so i am fully expose upon this matter. During Histology class, i learned about the embryology and early development of human being in the mother's womb. However, Allah speaks about it in Holy Quran, about the stages of man's embryonic development.  Next year, i'm going to have Pediatrics in 5th year, so, i'll be learning in depth about children *ngee*

Honestly, when it comes to theory, i might have some knowledge about children's development and psychology, but practically on the other hand, i'm so ZERO!!! haha. I have a little brother,  who was born when I was 11. So, I used to be beside ibu, helping her out, taking care of my little brother eg cleaning up his diapers, feed him, bathing him. *baik kan kakak kau ni Nudin* So,boleh la nak kata yang i have a  very basic skills of baby care.

In a nutshell, from what i can extract from above, the upbringing of a children begins in the early childhood, and continue throughout the teenage years.
A mum's job is a 24/7 job okes!!!! Bare that in mind timahh..

So, secara konklusinya....

Physically...

-feed the children with halal and healthy food,
-encourage the practice of sports eg swimming, archery, horse-riding, wrestling <-- basically these are the sports according to sunnah Rasulullah saw

mentally and morally..

-approach our children with love and tenderness, as the quotes saying, 'mother's touch soothe the soul' , make more physical contact, especially during the newborn period. The health of a newborn baby is HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON RECEIVING THE TOUCH OF THEIR MOTHER. patutlah baby kurang menangis bila ada orang sekeliling especially bila ada ibunya, they cry less and helps them sleep better

-teach the religious principle at early age. From the age of 5, teach the children on how to pray, encourage them to fast, but at the same time , explain why do they have to do it. Explain and make them understand that Solat prayer and fasting in Ramadhan month are a way of showing our love to Allah. Let them know more about Allah through story-telling about sahabat, angels, Prophet's stories and so on.

-be a good listener. Act as a 'friend' to our children rather than continue in the role of a teacher, as suggested by Prophet Muhammad saw

-teach them how to read at early phase; baby starts to speak generally at the age of 2, so da boleh ajar-ajar alif, ba, ta daa. Let them imitate your speech and repeat over and over again. At the age of 5, teach them to read Muqaddam and Quran. Children is the fastest learner of all in the whole wide world. So, encourage them to memorize simple surah and continue to surah2 juzu' amma during this age is the best timing. So true thou, i've been trying to memorize simple surah in Juzu' amma, and it took ages! *banyak dosa dengdengdengg*

-expose children to many kinds of interest, which enable their mental growth ; for example touring and travelling, language, music . Specifically as for boys, gardening, mechanic things, computer ; and as for girls, cooking, home-cleaning.

-let them take in charge of some task, to develop sense of responsibilities. At the same time, never let them doing it alone, supervise and guide them from time to time.

-teach children to select the good company and avoid the bad ones, because children are alwayssssss influenced by their friend.

-and one last thing, encourage and expose the children to sympathize with Muslim problems. Tell them about what happen in Palestine for example, and what can we do to contribute to the solutions eg making du'a and encourage them to donate some money to hungry Muslim children. Let them feel the sense of belonging to the Muslim nation. They will feel the brotherhood between Muslims, care more for Muslims in any land, and feel that they are part of the Muslim body, to feel sad for Muslim's sadness, to feel happy when Muslim are joyous and to strive their best to achieve the Muslim nation's goals.

banyak lagi, i know. takda idea.

now i can imagine how ibu and ayah raised me up since i was a little baby. I'm so glad to have the best parents in the whole wide universe. So, dari sekarang lagi i need to learn more and more, continuously making du'a, change my bad attitude and behavior. Nak jadi ibu yang baik, setting up a good practical example, because children like to imitate their parents in their sayings and deeds.

Antara doa-doa parenting yg boleh kita amalkan:

Doa nabi zakaria 3:38

At that, Zechariah called upon his Lord, saying, ' My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication

Doa dapat zuriat penyejuk mata memandang 25:74

And those who say, 'Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous

and so much more, nanti timah buka doa dapat anak soleh niiii timahh huahuahua

p/s : words to ponder for the day
How could Muhammad saw have possibly known all this 1400 years ago when scientist have only recently discovered this using advanced equipment and powerful microscopes which did not exist at the time? #deep

ok, i have to rush to fac now. PHARMACO mode is ON!!

secret

today, i read surah an-Nahl, page 269
He mentioned in Quran twice about secret.
twice.

And Allah knows what you conceal and what you declare (16:19)

Assuredly, Allah knows what they conceal and what they declare.
Indeed, He does not like the arrogant

deep

i kept secrets for myself, about a lot of things.
He knows it. He knows it. He knows it.
but He never reveal it, Oh Lord, You are the Most Merciful.
Help me to leave sins that i hardly leave.
i am weak. i disobeyed You.
but You keep giving me Your Love and Generosity.

GIVE GIVE GIVE!!

Fall in love with this hadith, Hadis 36. Immensely #deep

5. its good utk pergi majlis2 ilmu agama, sbb Allah sebut2 nama kita kt arasy'
6. Ibu ayah takkan dapat tolong tinggikan jumlah amalan kakcik yang sedikit ni.

Open your eyes

'why deny whats in front of your eyes, we cant keep hiding from the truth,
just open our eyes, our hearts and mind'

i really love this song because it really reminds me how little i am compared to His creation and mightiness

Look around yourselves, cant you see this wonder
spread in front of you,
The clouds floating by, the skies are clear and blue
Planets in the orbits, the moon and the sun
such perfect harmony
let's start question in ourselves
isn't this proof enough for us
or are we so blind to push it all aside.... no!

we just have to...
open our eyes, our hearts and minds,
if we just look brigth to see the signs
we can't keep hiding from the truth
let it take us by surprise
take us in the best way... Allahhhh
Guide us every single day... Allahhh
Keep us close to You
until the end of time

Look inside yourselves, such a perfect order
Hiding in yourselves, running in your veins
what about anger love and pain
and all the things you're feeling
can you touch it with your hand?
so are they really there?
lets start question in ourselves
isn't this proof enough for us?
or are we so blind to push it all aside, No!

We just have to
open our eyes, our hearts and minds,
if we just look bright to see the signs,
we can't keep hiding from the truth
let it take us by surprise
take us in the best way... Allahhhh
Guide us every single day... Allahhh
keep us close to You until the end of time

when a baby's born so helpless and week
and you're watching him growing
so why deny what's in front of your eyes
the biggest miracle of life

we just have to
open our eyes, our hearts and minds,
if we just look quite we'll see the signs,
we cant keep hiding from the truth
let it take us by surprise
take us in the best way... Allahhhh...
guide us every single day... Allahh..
keep us close to You until the end of time close to You
Until the end of time..
(2x)

You created everything, we belong to You,
Ya Rabb we raise our hands,
forever we thank You.
Alhamdulillah

Ramadan, The challenge!

Assalamualaikum. hai. alhamdulillah alhamdulillah alhamdulillah!! Ramadhan has just begun! As widely known, Ramadhan is the holiest month for Muslims. In Islamic calendar, Ramadhan is the ninth lunar month. Uncountable blessings and promising rewards Allah has mentioned in Quran about this, just for us, Muslims. For every good deeds that we do, Allah will multiply. So, this is the most month for me, since I know that I have the least amount of pahala , but mountains of sins

Therefore, I shouldn't waste every seconds of it. Realizing the fact that this will be my 1st experience of whole Ramadhan, away from Home, away from Malaysia, away from Murtabak and so forth. T__T But anyway, non of that fact matters , as if I have to map out some list of 'what to do during My Ramadhan?'

Hence, this is the resolutions that i've list out, and I really wish I can accomplish fulfilling every single of it!
* Talk to Allah more often! Instead of facebook-ing, twitter, tumblr-ing, I'll will try my best to cut down the time that i've been spending on to this things. Talking to Allah, @ khalwat for every solat that i'm performing.

* Reading Quran 1juzuk/day How i really miss being the old me, i was so motivated to finish and khatam Quran during Ramadhan. I am not being proud etc, but I really do miss the force drive inside myself the old times. At home, I always have Ibu as my best motivator. Everyday in every night, she will sit for hours on the prayer mat and read Quran. *currently imagining Ibu's khusyuks face* T__T

* Be useful to others. Help someone, anyone! A lot of people around me needs me. Its always feels good lending someone a hand, because we never know when we'll need one.

(hadis Riwayat Muslim)

regarding sadaqah; one of my fav pieces from AQ , 2:261 265,0264

'The examples of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed (of grain) which grows 7 spikes; in each spike is a 100 grains. And Allah multiplies (His reward) for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing' (2:261)

Allah continues mentioning about the reward for those who are doing sadaqa in (2:265)

And the example of those who spend their wealth seeking means to the approval of Allah and assuring (reward for) themselves is like a garden on high ground which is hit by a downpour - so it yields its  fruits in double. And (even) if it is not hit by a downpour, then a drizzle (is sufficient). And Allah of what you do, is Seeing

Oh you who have believe, do not invalidate your charities with reminders or injury as does one who spends his wealth (only) to be seen by people and does not believe in Allah and the Last Day.His example is like that of a (large) smooth stone upon which is dust and is hit  by a downpour that leaves it bare. They are unable (to keep) anything of what they have earned. And Allah does not guide the disbelieving people.

*feed your friends or anyone. For this summer, there are a few of us left who stay.

1.Talk to God: instead of BBMing our friends for at least 6 hours a day, let’s talk to God for 10 minutes a day. It could be in the form of praying or just plain and simple talk, try it you'll feel relieved. In the end, there’s no better listener and word won’t get out.

2.Help someone: anyone. A lot of people around us need help. Whether it’s the blind man crossing the street, the old lady carrying her groceries, your mum loaded with house work, or even a poor man asking for money; always lend someone a hand, you never know when you’ll need one.

3.Share: sharing isn’t just for Facebook. Share your food with your neighbor, your car with someone who needs a ride, your time at a shelter, or even your old clothes with the less fortunate. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure, keep that in mind.

4.Read: I know the book of God isn’t exactly “Eat, Pray, Love” but if you read 4 pages after each sala, by the end of Ramadan you would’ve read the whole book. Remember, what's more important than reading the Quraan, is understanding it and taking interest in what it says.

5.Smile: spread love, you never know who could be breaking down and waiting for you to cheer them up. A simple smile to someone you don't necessarily know (and I'm not encouraging flirtatious, hair-flipping smiles at the hot boy at the gym) will uplift their mood almost instantly.

6.Be useful: donations don't have to be just money. You can donate your time at a shelter or an orphanage to help teach less fortunate kids something useful. There must be at least one subject you’re good at that you can pass on to someone else. You can also help plant fruitful trees in your neighborhood, hand out ice-water bottles to traffic police, paint a discolored wall in your area, or compliment the garbage collector on how important his job is.

7.Feed someone: carry dates in your bag and hand them out at Eftar time. On a much bigger scale, help cook meals and pack food bags to be sent to poor villages in your area. It’s great to feed someone in Ramadan, but it’s 10 times greater if you do that all year long.

8.Keep your mouth shut: That kind of applies all year round. If you have something nice to say about someone say it, if you don't be quiet.

9.Hold your horses: easy on the F-word. Not just because Eftar time came and you’ve broken your fast means you’ll be swearing at every person you see till the next morning. Words are very powerful, use them correctly.

10.Share this article :or any article that helps people understand that good behavior is just a gesture away and should be all year round rather than 1/12th of a year.
Think outside the box, help people, talk to God, and just create an over-all better life for those who surround you. At the end of the day, what goes around comes back around.

Tomorrow is the beginning of Ramadan, the holiest month for Muslims. Ramadan is the ninth lunar month of Islamic calendar. This may last for 29 or 30 days depending upon the moon sighting. This is the month of fasting and remembrance of revelation of Quran, our scripture. Muslims greet each other with “Ramadan Mubarak”( Blessed Ramadan).
Fasting is practiced by many faiths, especially Judaism and Christianity. In Quran it is stated, “O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that you may (learn) self-restraint, 2:183.
Fasting is obligatory for all adult healthy Muslims; children usually start fasting at early teen ages. Most of the younger children have fasted once in a while with the family to “experience the spirituality”. . During Ramadan Muslims refrain from eating, drinking and sexual relations from dawn to dusk. We eat before dawn and at sunset break the fast, Iftar usually with dates. Fasting besides teaching us self-restraint also makes us experience the hunger of poor all over the world and motivates to help. “The month of Ramadan is that in which was revealed the Quran; a guidance for mankind, and clear proofs of the guidance, and the criterion (of right and wrong). And whosoever of you is present, let him fast the month, and whosoever of you is sick or on a journey, a number of other days. Allah desires for you ease; He desires not hardship for you; and that you should complete the period, and that you should magnify Allah for having guided you, and that perhaps you may be thank

true happiness

one of songs with a soul-touching lyrics

Bahagia itu dari dalam diri

Kesannya zahir rupanya maknawi
Terpendam bagai permata di dasar hati

Bahagia itu ada pada hati
Bertakhta di kerajaan diri
Terbenam bagai mutiara di lautan nurani

Bahagia itu ada di jiwa
Mahkota di singgahsana rasa
Bahagia itu adalah suatu ketenangan

Bila susah tiada gelisah
Bila miskin syukur pada Tuhan
Bila sakit tiada resah di jiwa
Bukankah Tuhan telah berfirman
Ketahuilah dengan mengingati Allah
Jiwa kan menjadi tenang

Kebahagiaan itu suatu kesyukuran
Bila kaya jadi insan pemurah
Bila berkuasa amanah
Bila berjaya tidak alpa
Bila sihat tidak lupakan Tuhan

Hakikatnya bahagia itu
Adalah ketenangan
Bila hati mengingati Tuhan

Semua insan kan mengerti
Maksud terseni Ilahi
Itulah zikir yang hakiki

p/s : suka sangat lagu ni. nak true happiness tapi tak buat apa2, ape kes!

Jalan buntu

Lately,  I felt so depressed. I hardly find any way out to my questions and problems. dumbfounded. Suffocating . What just went wrong? Why does this feeling keep haunting me every seconds. What did I do wrong?

I knew it.

I didnt read Quran for several days. Astghfirullah. Too busy with dunya. Too busy with study. Too busy playing around with friends.  Too busy till I didnt even notice that I am neglecting you my Holy Quran. It was just there on the shelve, waiting for me to open it.

mute
dumbstruck

deep
Speechless

Im the one who turned away from you.
Thank you Allah for the reminder.
I know you love me
Thats why i can feel Your call
Its me who forgets

o Allah, please help me to remember You
