Ghanian Cuisine anyone?


Today my dearie Ghanian friend, Okaikor Okantey invited me and Farhana for dinner.



Dinner : Ghanian cuisine. 
Jollof rice + plaintain + steamed chicken

i would say that this is one type of Nasi Goreng, but its originate from West Africa. According to Aakor, Jallof rice is common throughout West Africa, but it originates from Ghana. I would say that the popularity of Jallof rice in Ghana can compete with how we, Malaysians love Nasi Lemak.
